• 50% non refundable deposit required for all orders due within 24hrs once invoice is issued

• Remaining balances are due 1 week prior to event date

• Rush order fee of $20 will be applied to all orders submitted with less than a week notice

• ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL •

• Once your order leaves our kitchen, we will no longer be held responsible for ANY damages

• Delivery is available if within 50 miles of Winston-Salem, NC (fee based on distance)

• If you are over 30 minutes late for pickup or delivery you will have to reschedule
