I placed my order but it says “PENDING.” What do I do now?
⋒ THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER! Once you request an order, we will review the order + promptly send you an invoice. Because of the nature of sourdough baked goods and the time and energy that goes into each order, we kindly ask that you pay your invoice within 4-6 hours of it being sent from us. If that time lapses, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
