This artisan bread is fermented for 24 hrs before baking! This gives it those great air bubbles that make the bread so light and fluffy! It has a harder/chewier outside crust. These two things are the fundamentals of artisan bread to give it that distinct bubbly apparents.
These are Sourdough brown butter chocolate chunk & chip cookies. The butter is browned over heat till it has a great nutty flavor.
