*Paid invoice is a confirmation of order.
Once invoice is sent you have 24 hours to pay your deposit. Failure to submit payment within 24 hours will cause your invoice to be cancelled.
*Standard orders, no customization, require 72 hours notice prior to desired date.
*All custom orders require 2 weeks notice prior to desired date.
*$25.00 will be added to all custom orders that are placed without 2 weeks notice of desired date.
*All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.
*All orders must be paid in full one week prior to your desired date.
*All unpaid orders will be cancelled.
What an cancelled order means?
•You forfeit deposit except 10% of total payment.
*If you need to cancel/reschedule your order please do so within a week of your desired date. Failure to do so will result in deposit being kept and order being provided on original date.
*Any orders less than a week will have to be paid IN FULL.
*Pick up time and location will be provided. Delivery is not available at the moment. You have a maximum 2 hours to pick up product or you will be charged a holding fee of $5.
*Once purchased orders are picked up, Rollin Dough is no longer responsible. Please ask for any order instructions if need be.
All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges given. Please make sure your order is accurate prior to checkout
The ONLY time I may issue a refund is if the product you received during pick up did not satisfy you,spelling errors,wrong color or wrong flavor I will refund you 50%. Note: If I give a refund, you CANNOT keep the product. This is a TAKE IT or LEAVE IT Policy
