We recommend placing custom cookie orders, four weeks in advance to ensure availability. During busy seasons and holidays, additional notice may be needed. Rush, orders may be accepted, depending on availability and may include a rush fee.
Do you offer pick up or delivery?
 yes! Orders are available for local pick up in rock Hill, SC. The exact pick up address and instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Local delivery may also be available in rock Hill and surrounding areas for an additional fee based on distance. Please include your delivery address when submitting your order request so we can confirm availability and the delivery fee. 
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for custom decorated cookies is one dozen (12 cookies).

Custom decorated cookies typically range from $38-$55 per dozen, depending on the design number of colors and level of detail.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to secure your order order date orders are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. 
Full payment due 1 week before due date.

When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due one week prior to your pick up or delivery date. Orders must be paid in full before baking and decorating begins on your custom order.
