Rocio make me a cake, the most amazing cake! I met Rocio at the Dixieland art festival last Saturday and she had a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I decided on the strawberry one, took it home, sat on my patio, and took a bite. The strawberry flavor was absolutely delicious! Not too overwhelming, just the perfect amount of sweetness. Great job, Rocio!

Initially, I spotted a lovely lady beaming with joy by her booth, which drew me towards her. As I approached her, she greeted me with a cheerful smile, introducing herself and recommending the Italian cream cake she had made. The only time I had tried this cake before was in New York, and it was truly delightful. I ended up purchasing five slices of the cake, taking them home to enjoy while watching the news with my kids. We absolutely adored it. Well done and congratulations, Hope! I highly recommend Rocio for anyone in need of a cake.

We are over the moon with the exceptional service provided by Rocio! She conducted herself with the utmost professionalism, yet treated us with such warmth and care that we felt like part of her own family. Our interactions were filled with joy and genuine interest in addressing our concerns and paying attention to every detail. The wedding cake we ordered turned out exactly as we had envisioned - the rum cake was perfect, and the guava filling was simply delightful. When we called for a tasting appointment, she asked about our vision and flavors, and had the sketch and sampler ready for us. The sketch and colors of the flowers were spot on! We can't wait for the wedding next year and will definitely be posting pictures after the big day.

Last Saturday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Church of Christ Event and treating myself to some delicious desserts from Rocio. I indulged in brownies, strawberry chocolate cupcakes, and strawberry vanilla Tres leches. Rocio's warm smile and gratitude towards her customers truly made my day. The cakes were absolutely delightful, and I can't wait to call her again to place more orders.

I absolutely loved this cake! It wasn't overly sweet, which was perfect. I ran into Rocio on Saturday at the Church of Christ, and she greeted us with a big smile. She was so friendly and showed us the tres leches chocolate cake. My husband ended up getting two of each flavor, and now he's happily enjoying them, saying they're delicious. I can't wait to order my next celebration cake from Rocio.

Wonderfully curated designs that are super unique and very thoughtful of her clients! I’ve used her for my wedding week of events, to my son’s first birthday party, and every single cake to cupcake was personalized. She is amazing at creating a masterpiece and the flavors are so delicious! Especially the fondant!!!! My husband’s favorite is the chocolate and mine is the vanilla rum cake!

I have getting cakes from Mrs. Rocio for over a decade! She never disappoints, for any special occasion she is my first call for desserts! From our wedding cake to baby showers and birthday cakes and cupcakes she has always been there. She creates whatever idea is in your head to reality and not only does it look amazing.
