We are a small jam business four generations and counting! All of our jams are small batch, made weekly. Each jar is shelf stable for about 18 months. Meaning, what you order today will not expire until 2025-2026! We use clean ingredients, and most jams contain 6 ingredients or less.

We are located in Central Florida. We sell our jams at local Central Florida Events and Artisan Markets.

💕 Our story 💕

Our jam recipes have been handed down for generations beginning in 1896. However, the business really took off when my parents purchased a large farm in the small town of Imlay City Michigan. The farm house sat on 20 acres of apple trees and raspberries. They called it “Fuhr’s Valley View.”

My mother Laura Fuhr was the one who taught me everything I know. As a young child, I would help her stir the jam pot, and take notes as she cooked and created.

Unfortunately, the family business took a two year break when my mother passed away in 2020 due to COVID-19 complications.

In September of 2023, I began to desperately miss my mother and made a batch of Apple Butter for nostalgic purposes. I shared it with my neighbor, who encouraged me to pursue restarting and renaming the family business.

Things have changed since the little farm life I had. So, every day I am adapting and creating new flavors to keep up with the trends. Yet it is important to still keep the classics alive. 💕
