Policy is subject to change. By placing an order, you agree to all policies listed. • There is a two dozen minimum order requirement, unless there is a special or shopping from the “and more” menu. • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of your quote to secure your order. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 2 weeks of pickup time. Failure to complete payment will result in the order being cancelled and the deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied to future orders. • Once you pick up your order, I am no longer responsible for anything that may happen after. This includes any damage and changes that may occur due to environmental factors or other. •It is recommended to book your order as soon as you have a date in mind. While last-minute orders can be accommodated, please note that they are subject to a rush fee depending on the size of the order. Placing your order at least two weeks in advance ensures that we have the necessary materials and ingredients for your creation. •Deposits are non-refundable for any and all circumstances. However, if I, the treat maker, need to cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full 100% refund.

When placing an order, please keep in mind that any custom design will incur an additional cost. In order to match your event as best as possible, we need to get a feel for the event! When sending design inspiration, please send: • Cakes ordered • Balloon colors • Decor & exact event colors • Centerpieces & table colors • Treat inspo pictures We will never 100% recreate any inspo pictures from other bakers or treat makers. The photos will be used as inspiration only. Thank you for understanding!

• We do understand that things happen and a 15 minute grace period can be provided for all pickup orders. After 15 minutes, a late fee of $25 will be charged.
