Once the order request is submitted, I will confirm your order and send an invoice with the total amount and deposit required.
Sourdough used as a natural leavener takes time to prepare and bake - the breads alone can take up to 48 hours! Due to this, a 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
Final payment must be received at the time of your scheduled pick up.
If your order is not picked up within 4 hours of your scheduled pick up, you agree to forfeit your deposit and items.
Do you take custom orders?

Is your bakery licensed?
Yes, my bakery is licensed through Washoe County’s health department as a cottage food operation. Cottage food operations are permitted to operate out of their home and sell directly to consumers.
Although cottage food operations are not inspected by the health department, I ensure my kitchen and tools are always clean and sanitized before working on orders. Food safety precautions are always top on my list.

Do all items include sourdough?
Yes, all items include sourdough unless specifically stated otherwise.
Do you sell sourdough starter?
Unfortunately, Nevada does not allow for the sale of sourdough starter in a cottage food operation.
Can I place an order less than 3 days in advance?
Please respect the time it takes to craft the delicious sourdough flavor we all love and submit your order within the available days on the calendar.
Can you add [cheese, fruits, meats, cream cheese etc] to your bakery?
Unfortunately, Nevada Cottage Food Operations are not able to sell items with these ingredients due to health and safety concerns.
