In the event of cancellation, payments and deposits are non-refundable and will NOT be issued under any circumstances. The deposit May be moved to another date if available and if supplies have NOT already been purchased. Ris recipes has every right to cancel your order. You will be informed in writing and you will receive your deposit back within 24 hours of the cancellation.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit for all bookings. The remaining balance will be due the day of pick up.

Feel free to send any inspo pictures you have in mind! Ris recipes will do our best to color match/recreate your vision, but we do not guarentee exact replicas of other artists work.

Our products may contain or encounter milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

If you are picking up your cake and the cake is not picked-up within a 30-45 minute window from the time you setup, you will not be able to pick up your cake until the following working business day.

Ris recipes is not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick up. You are responsible for providing an appropriate & secure table and environment for the cake(s). An optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below is best.
