Capabilities & Pricing
• Deposits are REQUIRED to complete the order process. Your order is not final without payment. All deposits are NON refundable.
• Deposit is ONLY refundable if canceled 2 weeks prior.
• Deposits must be sent in 48 hours after order was sent back in order to be confirmed. They will automatically be canceled if failed to do so.
• If a last minute order is accepted (less than 5 days) then full payment is due at time of booking.
• If an order is under $100 full payment is required
Rush fee will be applied (flat fee of $50)
• I DO NOT do exact recreation cakes, anything you send me will be an inspo.. i always try my best to match exact colors but please understand that things you see online are not always accurate in terms or shades or due to filters.
• Your remaining balance is due the day before pick up no exceptions. If not sent, your order will be canceled & your deposit will be forfeited.
• If remaining balance is not sent the day before and i decide to still finish your order a late fee of $25 is to be applied for paying same day as pick up.
• Orders must be picked up on the exact day & time of pick up. If a later time or the next day is needed please communicate with me.
• AFTER YOU LEAVE WITH YOUR CAKE, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, ETC THAT OCCUR WITH YOUR CAKE IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBLITY TO HANDLE IT WITH CARE, I TELL ALL CUSTOMERS HOW TO DO SO.
