Big orders take extra love, time, and planning thank you for giving us enough notice so we can make everything just right! π
β’ Advance Notice: Please place large/custom orders at least 2β3 weeks in advance.
β’ Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. Balance is due 1 week before pickup.
β’ Time Needed: Bigger orders may require more prep and decorating time we want your treats to look and taste amazing!
β’ Changes: Adjustments to size, design, or quantity must be made at least 7 days before pickup.
β’ Booking Early: Holiday and weekend dates fill up quickly, so secure your spot early.
Deposits & Payments
β’ A 50% deposit is required to secure all custom cake and treat orders.
β’ No deposit = no booking. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
β’ Deposits must be paid within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, your spot may be released.
β’ The remaining balance is due 1 day before pickup (or delivery, if offered).
β’ Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future order if cancellation is made at least 5 days in advance.
β’ Accepted payment methods: Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay.
