These terms & conditions serve as the contract between “you” the customer and Renia’s Bakery. Allergy Disclaimer: Our baked goods contain or may come in contact with commonly known allergens, such as eggs, dairy, nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of the risks and hold us harmless to allergic reactions that may occur. Deposits are non-refundable, deposits are required to secure all event date(s). By paying the deposit, the customer is deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If a deposit is not received at (1) weeks prior to event date, the order will incite a rush fee OR result in cancellation due to a change in availability. All dates will remain open until deposit is received. Rush orders: Any order received with less than (1) week notice will incur a rush fee. This includes deposit received less than (1) week prior to event date. Balance: The remaining balance is due a week prior to pick-up/delivery. If order is placed the week of event full balance is due upon payment. Delivery: Delivery fees apply and will be determined based on mileage. I’m order to provide excellent delivery service for all customers to experience. Please allow a 2-hour delivery window when submitting an order. Pick-up: You will have a 30 minutes grace period after your pick up time, afterwards moving forward you will be charged an additional $30.00 every 30 minutes thereafter. Cancellation Policy: If the event will be canceled for any reason you must submit in writing via email to Reniasbakery@gmail.com. A request to cancel (5) days or more from the event date, no refund will be giving. If you have to change the date there will be a new deposit to select a new date and time.

Unfortunately not, we do not ship any of our treats at this time.
