Yes, my baking facility is 100% wheat free. I personally have Celiac Disease, and take cross contamination very seriously.
Are all of your items gluten free?
Yes they are. None of the offered products contain wheat, barley, or rye. Ingredients procured for each ordered are carefully checked to ensure they are not packaged or processed on shared equipment or facilities as wheat from the producer.
