Reflection Cakes

1. An initial non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation for orders of $200 and above. 2. The amount is due in full 7 days prior to the event date for cake orders. 3. We must receive the balance by 5 p.m. on the due date indicated to begin working on your order. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the order, the contract will be null and void, and the retainer will not be refunded. 4. The balance due date is the final date for any cancellation or changes to the event date, size, style, or flavors of the cake. 5. Cancellations received after the balance due date will not be refunded. 6. We reserve the right to exercise artistic license and make last-minute changes if necessary in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a cake. 7. Delivery and setup are required for cake orders of $500 or more and prices vary based on location (0.58 per mile for the 1st 20 miles and $1.00 per mile for all additional miles plus any tolls). 8. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment with an optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. 9. If you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up your cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession. 10. On all occasions, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. 11. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your cake on the date requested, a refund for the full amount will be issued to you. 12. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
