Once my order details are sent, what happens next?
Once details are sent and your request is reviewed, I will then send an invoice with the quoted price. If you would like to go forward with the order, a deposit will need to be sent by the due date.
After my order is confirmed , may I make changes to my order?
Once the order is confirmed, you will have a 3 day Grace period to make any changes.
Do You Accept Rush Orders?
Rush orders are rare. However, if agreed upon and accepted, rush orders can be completed in as little as 2-3 (Limitations on what is ordered do apply). A Rush Fee of $25 will be added to your order.
Can I order assorted flavors for a minimal cupcake order?
There is a $5 fee for additional flavors when ordering cupcakes. Assorted flavors apply to purchases of 2 or more dozens (24 ). The Maximum flavor assortment is 3.
Where are you located ?
I am located on the Westside of Cleveland.
How far do you deliver?
Delivery is local or up to 25 miles. If farther than 25 miles, prior arrangements can be made to meet at a centralized location. Delivery Fee is subject to change if mileage exceeds 25 miles.
If my order is cancelled, will my deposit be returned ?
Life happens & sometimes things are out of our control. If the order is cancelled by the client, unfortunately the refund will not be returned. If the baker cancels for unforeseen circumstances such as death or inclement weather, the deposit will be refunded.
Do you ship to other states?
The only items available for shipping at this time are pound cakes. A shipping fee will be added to your order total.
