Welcome to Red’s Bakery! My name is Shelby Hayes and I am the owner of Red’s Bakery. I am originally from Quitman and graduated from Texas A&M in 2024! WHOOP👍🏻

Baking has been a new found love for me. I made my sourdough starter “Fran” on a whim and from there Red’s Cottage Bakery began!

Pre-orders due 3 days before event and 5 days before for sourdough loaves.

Pickup in my Bake Stand! (Address given in invoice) I am available to meet in Quitman/Mineola after 3pm upon request.

Payment is due a week before pickup for all orders (unless paying cash at pickup)

For large orders (over $100): A 25% deposit will be due within 48 hours of order to secure your spot! Final balance is due the week prior to pickup (unless paying in cash at pickup)
