Hi, I’m Amber — the baker behind Red Oak Cookie Co.

I started baking cookie cakes in my kitchen on Red Oak Circle for my kids’ birthdays, and with a little encouragement from friends and family, it grew into a full-on sweet obsession.

By day, I juggle a full-time job as a teacher and mom life. By night, I’m smoothing buttercream, piping rosettes, and dreaming up the next design. Every cookie cake is baked from scratch, hand-decorated, and made with love to bring joy to your celebrations.
