Ordering
Policy is subject to change at anytime.
By placing an order, you agree to all policies listed here.
There is a 2 dozen order minimum for all orders.
Orders with less than two week's notice will incur a rush fee.
8-13 days notice: $25 rush fee
4-7 days notice: $50 rush fee
1-3 day notice: $100 rush fee ($125 for Large and X-Large Party Packages)
Pickup instructions will be sent along with your invoice/invoice reminders.
Once an order has been picked up, we are no longer responsible for its condition, transport, or handling.
Design & Inspiration:
When placing an order, please keep in mind that any custom design will incur an additional cost.
In order to match your event as best as possible, we need to get a feel for the event!
When sending design inspiration, please send:

• Balloon colors
• Decor & exact event colors
• Centerpieces & table colors
• Treat inspo pictures
We will never 100% recreate any inspo pictures from other bakers or treat makers. The photos will be used as inspiration only.

Late Policy
We do understand things happen and provide a 30-minute grace period for all pickups. Please arrive within 30 minutes of your designated pickup time. Failure to do so without notification will result in a $25 late fee.
