- All orders must be paid in full before order is prepared
- Once payment made, we will send receipt within 24 hours
- A 48 hour notice will be required or a rush fee of $15 will be assessed

- No remakes unless it’s our fault

- Payment should be received within two hours of the time of ordering or the order will be canceled
