‼️ All deposits/retainers are non refundable under any circumstances. ‼️Retainers are due same day of placing orders ‼️ If order is requested and no retainer is received the order is not considered booked/placed. ‼️Anything booked less than 2 weeks from the date is considered last minute; anything booked the same week will obtain an inconvenience fee, which is subject to be a flat rate or percentage of order total; this is contingent upon baker and/or the amount accessed.

Any orders place for parties require the number of servings, more quantities will be sold by the dozen.

Please know that food coloring will slightly alter the taste of the icing. Yes, some that say no taste still may have a distinct taste to it.

Climate changes makes a big difference when ordering these type of cakes. They will melt, sweat, and sometimes fall apart. They are best when kept in a cool climate and not in direct sunlight.

Any order placed that requires fruit to be added is recommended to be stored in the refrigerator.

‼️ Any product requested to have liquor infused in cakes and treats are additional pricing

Please allow 24-48 hours of response time for any order request or questions pertaining to orders.

Delivery fee are required for all orders. It will be asked off of the distance. The price will then be added to the invoice to all orders. Pickup times are to be kept, otherwise there is a storage and holding fee. Once products have left , you are then responsible for the product at that point. If anything need to be fixed or adjusted due to damages to product there is a nominal fee that will be charged. No exceptions!!
