Purely Sourdough is a micro bakery in Gilroy, California. Serving up all things sourdough and baked sweets! THANK YOU for being here and supporting this small business of ours. Our breads are always made with organic (non-GMO) flour. Every loaf goes through the natural fermentation period(typically 15-18 hours), yeast is never used. Our starter, ‘Luna’ is the star of the show!
