PUDDIN’ IT DOWN unfortunately at this time consists of pre-orders and is pickups ONLY in OCALA, FLORIDA! PUDDIN’ IT DOWN operates Friday’s and Saturday’s leaving Friday’s and Saturday’s the only days to pickup PRE-ORDERS. YOUR PICKUP DAY/TIME CANNOT BE CHANGED. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT PICKED UP ON THE DAY/DATE/TIME THAT YOU SCHEDULED, YOU WILL HAVE TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! Pre-orders can be placed beginning on Mondays and will conclude on Thursdays at 3pm. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ONCE INVOICE IS RECEIVED. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF PAYMENT ISN’T RECEIVED WITHIN 8 HOURS OF RECEIVING INVOICE. If you do not place your order by Thursday at 3pm, you will have to wait until the following Monday to place your order.

PUDDIN’ IT DOWN will deliver to Businesses/Offices/Workplace locations ONLY Monday-Friday with a minimum purchase of 10 (ten) pudding cups and/or a purchase of a “Large Size” pudding. If your business/office/workplace location would like to place an order, click the tab at the top right of this page, send us a email letting us know the date and time that you would like for the order to be delivered and we’ll get back with you to confirm if that date/time is available. *Please see “Delivery Terms” below for more details.
Policies
REFUND POLICY
All transactions/monies/sales are FINAL and non-refundable. There will be no credit/refunds given for orders cancelled.
RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items are sold on a non-returnable/non-refundable basis UNLESS defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition. Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”
Delivery Terms
We only provide delivery services for Business & Office locations Monday-Friday with a minimum purchase of 10 (ten) pudding cups and/or a purchase of a “Large Size” pudding if the date of your request is available. The delivery time will be confirmed two (2) business days before your event date. There is a delivery fee of $10.00-$25.00 within the Ocala, FL/Marion County radius and a $25.00-$100.00 delivery fee outside of Marion County, FL. We deliver STATEWIDE. We do not provide table setup or decor. Please inform and secure the order for your business/office seven (7) business days prior to delivery date.
Food Advertisement Disclaimer
The photos of our products were perfected and fulfilled for the sake of advertisement. Although our flavors will always be perfect and consistent, we ourselves are not perfect. There’s no guarantee that your order will perfectly resemble the amount of pudding and perfection displayed in the photos.
ALLERGENS
Attention customers with food allergies. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, cinnamon, wheat. Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen.
Photographs, Videography, and Marketing
We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not disclose the identity of clients (photographs/videos of people, last names, event details, contract details) without permission. We do however, reserve the right to photograph/video record goods and use those photos and/or videos on our website, social media, or marketing materials. We also reserve the right to use any photographs/videos for display or promotion without compensation to you.
