Thank you for choosing PS BringCupcakes! ‼️By Sending the Deposit, You Are Agreeing to the Terms & Conditions Listed Below‼️ 1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of placing your order. If the deposit is not received, your order is NOT confirmed. 2. The remaining balance is required 7 days prior to your pickup/ delivery date. (If your order is placed & approved within 7 days of your event, the full balance must be paid at time of placing the order and a rush fee of 25% will be applied.) 3. Once payment is received, you have 4 days to make any changes or requests to the order. Any changes requested after 4 days will not be guaranteed and could be subject to additional charges. 4. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER AT TIME OF PICKUP!! If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up your cake, you will assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession. 5. Cakes should be placed on the floorboard of the car with the AC turned on! They should NOT be left in the car while you run errands, as they can melt or shift. Once the cake is home, place in a refrigerator, up to 2 hours prior to the event. *Ideally cakes should be kept under 72 degrees Fahrenheit. 6. If you have opted for delivery, please note that I am not liable for any damage that occurs after I have completed set up and delivery. You take full liability and responsibility for the cutting & serving of guests. (Please be mindful that Tiered cakes require dowels for structural purposes. DO NOT CUT/SERVE UNTIL ALL DOWELS ARE REMOVED) 7. On Occasion, we will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without any compensation to you. 8. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and assume all liability and responsibility if an allergic reaction should happen. 9. If the cake is not picked up on the day requested. You will have 24 hours to make arrangements to get the cake. After 24 hours, you will not be reimbursed. 10. If the cake is not to your liking and/or it is for whatever reason inedible, In order to receive a refund, the cake must be returned to us with more that 70% still intact, that same day.
