Prookies come in two sizes: Regular Prookie (100grams)
Jumbo Prookie (150 grams).
Can I freeze my prookie?
They are perfect for freezing. Just place them in an airtight container or Ziplock bag, and they will stay fresh for up to three months. You can enjoy them anytime by thawing them at room temperature or giving them a quick warm-up in the oven.
How long are prookies good for?
Prookies remain fresh and delicious for up to two weeks when stored in an air tight container. We recommend freezing your Prookies if you do not plan to eat them right away.
How long after I place my order will it be processed?
All orders are shipped on Mondays. To ensure maximum FRESHNESS, all orders received by 9 AM EST on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
I have a nut allergy, can I still eat prookies?
Prookies are baked in an open kitchen where wheat, gluten, eggs, soy, peanuts and nuts are present. Although we do our best to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk. If you have a severe allergy, we advise consulting a medical professional before enjoying our products.
My prookies arrived slightly melted, what do i do?
Softened prookies and or topping may occur during summer moths if shipped. Place in freezer until firm. Even if the prookies arrive slightly melted, they still taste as delicious! The heat will even give them a softer, gooier texture, but WONT affect the flavor.
What if the prookies arrive when I am not home?
Please keep an eye out for your package! We don’t recommend you leaving the prookies out in the sun, rain, etc. for long periods of time.
What if my prookies arrive damaged?
Once your prookies leave our hands and are with the third party carriers, we aren’t responsible or have no control over what happens to your package. Please keep this in mind while placing your orders. Prookies is NOT liable for any damaged or lost prookies during shipping. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations. Nor do we replace lost or damaged prookies.
Do you offer international shipping?
As of right now, we only ship our prookies exclusively to the United States. By purchasing from Prookies, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for paying all fees such as delivery.
What is your return/exchange/refund policy?
