Order inquiries must be submitted at a minimum of 1 week prior to needed date. Please see my availability before ordering.
What’s the minimum/maximum I can order?
Minimums for most items are set at one dozen (12), excluding cakes.
Maximums are subject to my availability, however extreme orders such as 20 dozen cookies will need to be placed at least 3 weeks prior. If you are needing a VERY large order please message me BEFORE placing an order.
What payments do you accept?
I accept Zelle, Square and Apple Pay. If absolutely needed I can provide a Venmo link.
How do I order?
Please see my “Offerings” tab and look through to find what you are wanting. Then go through the guided process and include any additional information to place your order.
Do you deliver?
Yes, I can deliver within 10 miles of the Woodlands area. If further than that there will be a delivery charge.
Shipping is NOT available.
Where can I pick up my order?
I am located in The Woodlands area, specific pick up location(s) will be disclosed when order is confirmed by me.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be requested 72 hours before pick up date to receive refund of deposit. If cancellation is requested any later than 72 hours before pick up date no refund will be issued and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I get a refund?
Once the customer has accepted items from Prissy Pixie Sweets no refunds will be issued. All payments are final once items are in customers possession. Photos will be issued of products before pickup, if anything needs to change, that is when to notify me.
Do you do adult themed treats?
Yes! Please message me before ordering so I can make sure I have the tools/shapes for what you need!
Do you cater or do weddings?
Short answer no, I do not cater and I do not offer wedding cakes at this time.
