Do you make gluten free cookies?
We can substitute a gluten free flour for an additional 7.99 per dozen. Kitchen equipment and tools are cleaned and sanitized between uses, but please note that this is not a gluten free kitchen and cross contamination is possible.
Do you make character cookies?
We do not recreate images protected by copyright without written permission from the creator (must be obtained by the client prior to ordering) but we can incorporate character-based elements and colors to fit the theme of your party.
Can you recreate this set of cookies I found online (Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, etc.?)
We will not recreate the work of another cookie artist. Please provide an invitation, decor photo, or an idea for inspiration and we will create a design in that aesthetic for you.
After receiving your quoted price, how long do I have to decide if I want to order?
You have 48 hours from the time we respond with a quote via email. Your order is not confirmed and entered into the schedule until full payment is made through Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, cash, check.
What if I need to cancel my order? Do I get a refund?
When an order is confirmed with payment, it is entered into our baking/decorating calendar and fills a spot on your requested date. We often have to purchase cutters and supplies unique to your order and your payment covers the preparation for your order. If you cancel 30 or more days in advance, you can opt for a refund (less 25%) or you can receive credit for a future purchase. If you cancel within 30 days of your requested date, you will receive a 50% credit for a future order.
