Thank you for considering Pretty Pineapple Bakery for your cookie needs! Here is the process from ordering to pick up: Please submit a request and input as much information you can about your order. Once the request has been received, I will email you confirming the details of your request and let you know if I have availability. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. If I am available for your pick up date, I will give you a quote for your order and any adjustments to your order can be made at that time. (Add or subtract from the initial amount quoted, change themes or colors, etc.) Once you’ve agreed to move forward with the order I will send you an invoice. All payment options and informationare available via the invoice. You can pay directly through the invoice or send money via Venmo or Zelle. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your date and the rest is due a week prior to pick up. If your event date changes, just reach out, I can usually work with you to accommodate the new date. A day or two prior to your pick up date I will reach back out via email to schedule a pick up time. I will give you a broad window that’s available and will ask that you narrow it down to an hour window you’d like to come. I place all of my orders in my porch pick up shelf for quick and easy access. I will set them out at the beginning of the hour you’re expected and bring them in a little after the end of the hour to keep them out of the elements. If your order is not in the shelf, just knock or ring the doorbell and myself or my husband will hand them to you! Once your cookies are picked up please do not leave them in the car without AC. Once home, just leave them in the counter, they do not need to be refrigerated- this will cause the cookies to sweat and could potentially ruin them. Left in the packaging the cookies are good for up to two weeks or a little more. I look forward to bringing joy to your next event! 🖤
