Terms and Conditions When should I book my order? ∗ As soon as you have a date in mind. While I am sometimes able to accommodate last-minute orders, I highly recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. This ensures that I will have the proper materials and ingredients for your beautiful creation! Where are you located? ∗ I am based out of Wills Point TX (Van Zandt County); however, I will accept orders from surrounding counties, Hunt, Rains, Rockwall, and Kaufman. Do you deliver? ∗ I do deliver only to the counties listed above. I am also willing to meet in a public place for pickup, unless discussed otherwise. I do have an additional delivery fee which starts at $15 depending on how far I need to travel. ∗ I also offer set up at the venue or location for an additional $35. Can you make the cake exactly like the photo I sent? ∗ I love to see the inspirational photos that you send as a reference for what you would like your cake to look like. I am not able to duplicate other bakers’ work exactly. I do try my best to replicate the inspiration picture, but since I am not the original baker of the cakes in the pictures, they will not be exact. Please keep in mind that many photos have been altered and have filters therefore the colors may be darker or brighter. How do you accept payment? ∗ I accept Zelle, Cashapp, and Venmo. I DO NOT accept cash currently. ALL orders require a non-refundable 50% retainer fee of the total. Your order is not confirmed or booked until you have paid the deposit. The remaining half of your cake payment is due at least FOUR days before the scheduled pickup time. It is your responsibility to pay your balance at the time that it is due. Cancellations and Refunds ∗ If you need to cancel your order, you will need to cancel your order no later than one week prior to pick up date. No refunds will be given as the retainer fee is nonrefundable. If for any reason, I, as the baker, must cancel you will get a 100% refund of the amount paid. Cakes are no longer my responsibility when they have left my possession, I am not responsible for any damage or changes that occurred during the transport. ∗ If you are needing to schedule to another date, it will be based on availability and if I am able to change, before changing your order date your order must be paid in full. Rescheduling must be done at least 5 days prior to the pickup date. There is a $10 rescheduling fee. Cake Safety ∗ Multi-layer and multi-tiered cakes often have wooden dowels to support their height and weight. We DO NOT recommend smashing faces or anything into the cake. If you order a smash cake, please note that this will not apply. ∗ While transporting a cake I highly recommend you place it on a flat surface such as the floorboard. Allergy Notice ∗ While I may be able to make special dietary restricted desserts there is always a chance of possible cross contamination. Can I make changes to the cake after I’ve booked my order? ∗ When booking your order, you are paying for what you have confirmed and agreed upon. Any changes may cause an extra cost to the cake and may delay the cake pick-up date. For flavor changes to the cake once you have already booked will be a $10 change fee (unless noted otherwise). When is cake pick up? ∗ Pick up will be 10 AM, the date that has been discussed prior to payment. BY PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS.
