Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will be happy to refund due to missing or lost items.

We use USPS Priority shipping for all orders placed outside of Ohio to ensure freshness retain quality of ingredients the best we can. Once an order is placed, a $20 fee for shipping will be added to your invoice, per cake and $10 per cookie box. This is a distance and weight-based charge, so we charge based on the median charge to us this service.

We will deliver within a 10 mile radius, or neighborhoods near the Dayton, OH area. If the distance is slightly greater, we will contact you to discuss the option of a slightly higher delivery fee.
