Postre Custom Cakes

Delivery Fee:

- Friday through Monday, 1 PM to 7 PM (exceptions for orders $500 or more)

- $35 plus $1 per mile from Zip Code 92111

In order to qualify for delivery:

- orders must be $500 or more

- delivery location must be a venue

- a venue name, address, and contact must be provided; venue contact must be an employee of the venue

Postre Custom Cakes does not deliver to residential estates such as homes, apartments, townhomes, condominiums; or housing and apartment recreation rooms.

Pick-ups are in San Diego, CA 92111 (Balboa & Convoy). Address for picking up your order is provided upon receiving payment in full.

Your order must contain the name of the individual picking up your order. Individual picking up the cake must show valid, government-issued ID upon arrival.

Postre Custom Cakes is no longer responsible for your order upon delivering or picking up.

Orders less than $500 most be paid in-full in order to place order and reserve availability.

Orders greater than $500 qualify for a 50% deposit. 50% of the cost of an order is required to place order and reserve availability. The remaining 50% cost of the order is due no later than 4 weeks prior to date order is needed.

Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

At the time of pick-up or delivery of your order all materials and labor have already been fully invested. As such, payment in full is required 4 weeks prior to needed date and is strictly enforced to protect against incomplete payment or theft of product and service rendered.

Orders cancelled more than 4 weeks prior to order needed date are eligible for a 100% refund.

Orders cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to order needed date are eligible for a 50% refund.

Postre Custom Cakes does not:

- replicate other cake artists work. All works are original, but can be inspired by other cake artists’ work

- use, in excess, non-edible cake decorations. Postre limits cake decorations to a maximum of 3 non-edible items

- provide cakes with unlicensed products including, but not limited to, hand-sculpted dolls (i.e. Barbies or Disney princesses), or characters printed on cardstock. These types of cakes require a licensed product (i.e. an official Barbie doll manufactured by the Mattel toy company)

Changes to your order including, but not limited to, design, delivery date/time, pick up date/time, etc. are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Usually, changes to orders cannot be made due to the scheduling of other orders, pick-ups, deliveries, etc.
