I’m a small home micro-bakery specializing in naturally fermented sourdough, handcrafted in small batches. Every loaf is slow-fermented and baked fresh using simple, quality ingredients because I believe great bread is worth the time.

You’ll find artisan sourdough, seasonal flavors, and a menu that changes throughout the year as I create and test new recipes.

To reserve your bake, please place your order through the shop. Since everything is made fresh by hand, availability is limited and I intentionally keep my baking schedule small to ensure every loaf gets the attention it deserves.

If you notice certain dates are blocked off, it’s usually because I’m preparing for a farmers market and not accepting standard orders for those days. However, I always encourage you to send me a message with what you’re hoping for—even if the calendar shows unavailable. If you reach out before I begin my market baking, I’m often able to include your order in that week’s batch. I love baking, and if I can make it work, I absolutely will!
