What are your pickup hours?
Pickup hours vary depending on the date. Pickup date is selected by customer at the time of placing your order. This is done when you choose “Availability”.
Pickup time is included in order questionnaire.
Pickup windows are 20 minutes starting at the agreed upon time, and customers must pickup within their pickup window.
Ex: customer requests to pickup on Saturday at 11:00 am. Pickup window is from 11:00-11:20 am.
What if I’m late for my scheduled pickup?
We will do what we can to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply for late pickup.
Do you cater to intolerances or allergies?
Unfortunately no, we cannot cater to specific food allergies. All products are baked in a kitchen that contains gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts, so there is a risk of cross contamination.
How does payment work?
50% non refundable deposit is required to place order. The remaining balance is due one week prior to pickup. Customers have multiple payment options.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Venmo, Cashapp, and PayPal.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Depending on the notice provided and the stage or your order, a refund may be possible (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
What information do I need to provide when placing an order?
Please provide as much detail as possible! This includes but is not limited to color scheme, design preferences, etc. We want you to love your product!
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We will do our best to accolade changes, but there is no guarantee changes can be made. Please notify us as soon as possible should changes need to be made, and we will communicate where we can accommodate them or not.
How do cake pops come packaged?
Custom cake pop orders pops are packaged laying down in a pastry box. Flavor of the month orders may be packaged in a clear bag or pastry box, depending on the size of the order. Cake pops can be individually wrapped for an additional $3/dozen, or $.25/each for Flavor of the Month.
How do cookie cakes come packaged?
Cookie cakes come packed in a clear window pastry box.
How many servings is the cookie cake?
Cookie cakes are baked in a 9x13 pan and serves approximately 15. However, some customers are able to get more than 15 slices!
Do cake pops need to be refrigerated?
No! Cake pops can remain at room temperature for up to 4-5 days, or up to 2 weeks in thy refrigerator.
Please note: refrigerator may create condensation once removed from the fridge and may affect custom designs, etc.
Do you make any dye free products?
Having dye free options is very important to us! Unfortunately the food dye used for cake pops is not dye free (and dye free food dyes doesn’t work well) but we can do white with dye free sprinkles. Ask us about our dye free sprinkle options!
For cookie cakes, we have select dye free colors available.
Do you offer edible images?
Unfortunately not at this time. However, we plan to expand to include this option in the future.
