Policies
Deposit and Rush Orders
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the order’s total balance is due once order details are finalized and approved by both customer and baker. The remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours of pickup or delivery. Rush orders will be taken at our discretion. All orders with less than a 2-week notice will have an additional rush fee added. 15% of total order for 13-7 days 25% of total order for for 6 or less days. All rush orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.
Delivery Method
Local pickup – Located in Fate/Royse City, Texas. Location will be disclosed once the balance is paid in full. Local delivery – Will delivery with added fee within Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Fee is based on distance.
