Contract DEPOSIT: Here’s how it works: FULL PAYMENT REQUIRED All Weekly/Monthly Specials, Treat Box Specials & Any Custom orders under $50 to secure your order & date. 50% Deposit will be required for any larger orders of $50+ or any party packages. *Rush Order full payment required This allows me to source any special accents ingredients etc. Once deposit is received I will reach out to confirm your pick-up date & address. This is a Home bakery not a storefront. Balance will be due 3 days Prior to pick up All Electronic payments are accepted ORDER MINIMUM: Usually, I require a minimum of 1 dozen treats per order. Need fewer? Check out the “Mini Party Package for 1/2 Dozen Order. ORDER CHANGES: I get it—decisions can be tough! You can make changes to your order within 5 days of placing it. If you’ve requested a rush order, changes could possibly be made 2 days prior to your event. (Note: Changes are not available for ANY monthly specials) 🚫 REFUNDS: 🚨Deposits are Non refundable🚨 *Your Deposit will go towards your final invoice* • 48 hrs for any cancellations, deposit will go towards a voucher for future order. • Need to reschedule? Please contact me at least 2 days in advance to make changes on pickup. PICK-UP OR DELIVERY: Once your order is placed and deposit is made, I’ll confirm your order location, pick-up time & date. I will send a reminder text a day prior to scheduled p/u date. Orders are generally pick-up only on base USAFA(Free) Delivery is available if you're within 5 miles of the pick-up location on base (Douglas Valley or surrounding neighborhoods), or if you're unable to get on base. A $2 delivery fee applies to all housing areas ON BASE ONLY OR MEET @ NORTH/SOUTH GATE +$2 fee A $5 delivery fee applies for areas off USAF Academy But within 15 miles from my base Zip Code: 80840 If you are running late, or can no longer pick up, please inform me. Order will be cancelled with NO refund if you fail to communicate tardiness or no show. IN A RUSH? I don’t always take last-minute orders, but I’ll try my best! Orders placed with fewer than 4 days’ notice will include a $10 fee⏰ PRICE CHANGES: Pricing may change based on ingredient costs & size. I work hard to offer the best-tasting treats from scratch. I will always have Weekly FLASH SALES & TREAT BOXES going on throughout the month so keep your eyes peeled. 📸 PHOTOS: As a growing small business, I absolutely love showcasing my creations! Sharing photos of your treats helps me show off the work I’m so proud of. If you’d prefer that your order not be featured on social media or in photos, just let me know when you place your order. I’ll happily keep your treats out of the spotlight. DESIGN: • While I can’t replicate copyrighted designs (Disney, Star Wars, Marvel characters etc) due to copyright restrictions, I’m more than happy to create a similar design or color scheme to match. As a treat maker, I do not replicate designs from other bakers exactly. Instead, I use inspiration photos as a reference to guide the creative process while incorporating my own unique style. Every baker has their own artistic touch, and I take pride in bringing that to each order. While I will use your inspo pictures to understand your vision, I will always put “my own”creative spin on the final design to make your treats one-of-a-kind as I feel for your event and to create treats that perfectly complement your celebration! *I cannot & will NOT create someone else’s artwork / Design COLOR, SIZE & WIEGHT: Please note that colors and lighting in photos may appear slightly different from what you receive, and treat sizes may vary a bit. COMUNICATE: I need your input to make your order perfect! Please reply to messages within 12 hours—otherwise, I may just have to guess! But, I’ll try my best! Need me? Just shoot me a message to contact me, I’ll try my best to respond within a few hours. ‼️ALLERGY TALK‼️ I use ingredients that may or may not contain common allergens. I can’t guarantee a change in special ingredients or an allergen-free environment. Be sure to check the ingredients list if you have any sensitivities. It is recommended to whom may be allergic to anything should not consume any of the products I have to offer. COTTAGE FOOD LAWS: This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and may process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. This product is not intended for individual resale but only for your own indulgent. YOUR TREATS, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: Once you pick up your treats or baked goods (& thank you again!), they’re officially yours! I’ll provide instructions on how to keep them safe and fresh—be sure to follow them to get the best enjoyment.
