Are PopJoy Baking Co. products made in a licensed kitchen?
PopJoy treats are made in a NYS-approved home kitchen. While not subject to routine inspections, we follow all state guidelines for safe preparation of approved items.
Do your products contain allergens?
Most items contain or may come into contact with wheat, eggs, dairy, soy or nuts. Please check individual product labels for full ingredient and allergen information.
How do monthly presale orders work?
We bake once a month in small batches. Presale openings are announced via Bakesy and social media (@PopJoyBakingCo) — payment confirms your order and you’ll receive a follow up email if any clarification is needed regarding delivery.
How will I receive my order?
Delivery details are shared with each order, and typically take place on a Friday.
How long do PopJoy baked goods stay fresh?
All items are baked fresh. For best quality, follow the storage and “enjoy by” instructions on your label. Once picked up, customers are responsible for proper storage.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change, please contact Hello@popjoybakingco.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Do you offer wholesale or retail collaborations?
Yes! We love partnering with local shops, farm stands and cafes. Wholesale and consignments terms vary — just send us a message to chat details.
