Policies
Booking Deposit
Cakes will not be put into production without a deposit of at least 50% of your cakes total amount due. All deposits must be made after placing order and are non-refundable and CASH ONLY for final payment. Your deposit guarantees your place on our baking schedule and starts production needed to complete the order. Last minute cakes must be paid in full at time of order. Deposit refunds will not be made for cancellations and are non-transferable. Orders are not booked and confirmed until we received a deposit or full payment. Thank you!
Pick Up Info
Pick up is in Philadelphia, Pa 19134. 10am-3pm If you need another time that isn’t in these hours please send us a text at (267) 971-7107 or email us at Pinkdrizzle27@gmail.com unfortunately the date that is chosen by the customer when initially ordered, is the date that the cake will be made by.. please choose your date accordingly. Thank you
Rush Fee
Orders that are placed a week (7 days) before selected date will have to pay a fee of $30. Orders that are placed (3 days) before selected date will have to pay a fee of $50.
