Cookirs can be stored as received on the counter for up to a week, or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. When ready to take them out of the freezer, allow them to come to room temperature before opening the container to prevent any condensation or color bleed.
Can you replicate a photo I find on Pinterest?
I love having inspiration photos for orders! However each artist has their own style and skills, so I prefer to use it as inspiration instead of making an exact replica. Don't worry, we can come up with something that will be an even better fit your specific theme!
Where are you located?
I am currently located in Dawsonville Ga, 5 minutes from North Georgia Premium Outlets, but am happy to serve the surrounding counties!
Do you deliver?
Because I am the sole baker at Phenomenom Bakery, as well as a stay at home mom of 3, my schedule is pretty tight, and unfortunately I cannot often accommodate delivery. However feel free to reach out, and the timing may line up! Delivery fees are dependent upon distance from me.
Do you offer anything allergen friendly?
I am currently working on perfecting a gluten friendly recipe, as well as a dye-free icing recipe, which should be available soon!
How do your cookies come packaged?
Each cookie is individually packaged in a cellophane baggie and heat sealed to maintain freshness. Cookies are then placed in a bakery box with a window.
