Hi, I’m Dana — I’m so happy you’re here!
I’m a mom of three and an online student, and baking began as a way to care for my family with clean, simple ingredients I trust. I wanted to be present with my kids, not leave them at home while working outside, so I chose a path that let me stay close to them while doing something I truly love.
What started in my own kitchen quickly turned into something more, as friends and neighbors began asking for the same sourdough I was baking for my family. Now, I’m grateful to share it with you through Petra Bakery.
All orders are baked fresh on Fridays, so please be sure to place your orders by Wednesday.
