Cancellation & Refund Policy:
• Deposits are non-refundable unless the order is canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date.
• Orders canceled 3 or more days in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund or may be transferred to a future order.
• Orders canceled less than 3 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the remaining balance is not paid at pickup, the order will not be released.
