I recently had a function at my photography studio and was blessed to have Pearlie Gail's Bakery do some rolls for me, both sourdough and jalapeno cheddar. We partnered both of them up with pulled barbecue pork with slaw and they were absolutely amazing. I have ordered the jalapeno cheddar bread since then and have been putting pepperoni and cheese on it and it is just mouth-watering! What a great great, great small business with professionalism and someone that truly cares and is prideful of what they do. Will definitely be ordering again!!!! David Cain

Picked up some fresh cheesy jalapeño bread that might be the best I’ve ever had. The flavor is fantastic but not too strong. There’s structure but the bread is soft.

I bought the classic sourdough bread recently because I have been having to eat a “bland diet” for a little while. I am so thankful for Pearlie Gail’s bakery because this is the best tasting sourdough bread I have ever had. It has a good flavor to it and it is easy to digest. My husband and I like to eat it by itself but I’m excited to make sandwiches out of it too. In the past, I have also tried the cheddar jalapeño loaf, double chocolate chip loaf, and the blueberry lemon muffins. Absolutely delicious!
