Hello everyone! I’m Serena from Clyde, Texas, and I'm excited to share a bit about myself with you. I’ve spent many fulfilling years as a registered nurse, but now, in retirement, I've found a new calling in baking. As a proud wife, mother of three, and grandmother (Mimi) to four, family is at the heart of everything I do. I’ve embarked on a delightful journey as a self-taught baker and cookie artist, pouring love and creativity into every batch. After months of experimenting, I developed a sugar cookie recipe that I truly stand behind. My cookies are soft, topped with royal icing that firms up while retaining a soft bite—perfect for both the eyes and the taste buds.
