We are based in Langley and the surrounding areas. (No storefront) If you aren’t able to pickup you can send an Uber courier and they will deliver your order right to your door. Pickups are also offered at the White Rock Farmer’s Market every Sunday. Exact pickup address will be provided once the order is confirmed with payment.

We accept payment through Square, via debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. All orders will have tax added and a credit/debit card processing fee. Full Payments are due in full and within 24 hours of confirmation your order. Invoices will be canceled for non payment and your order will forfeited after 24 hours.

Last minute cakes must be paid in full at time of order. Due to high volume & demand of orders, there may be a wait time of up to 4 days or longer. We book up very fast. Months in advance. Need it fast? To avoid disappointment, we recommend pre-booking as early as possible. If our schedule permits we will always try to work you. Please contact our team directly for further assistance.

We are there every Sunday from 10am - 2pm at 15154 Russell Ave.

They’ll stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days, just like a traditional cake. Any leftovers can be frozen in an airtight container and slowly be given to over time up to 2 months. Cakes look their best on the same day they are frosted for pictures. Please note that some frostings may naturally develop cracks or change in appearance after 1-2 days, depending on the design.

Yes! Many dietary restrictions can be accommodated as long as we are informed before hand what it is you cannot consume and, if it’s an allergy, exactly how sensitive it is (whether your pup would get an allergic reaction from eating it or just smelling it) In the past we have done wheat-free, eggless, gluten-free cakes, and more. Please contact us about the allergy in question before ordering.

Monday-Friday 6pm - 9pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 9pm. If you need something sooner or aren’t available during our hours you are welcome to pickup the day before or earlier. We also offer delivery via Uber connect. Feel free to request an order at whatever time of the day and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Due to the customized nature of each cake, we do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances (even if the cake isn’t what you expected) However if you notify us prior your payment can be used as a credit for another cake within 2 months of your initial order. It is your responsibility to be clear about your expectations/themes about the cake.

We will always try our best to work with you! We can recommend different options based on your budget. Please know that our dog cakes/pupcakes/treats are homemade and an incredible amount of time and effort is put into them. If you are looking for a custom detailed cake for a cheap price, respectfully we may not be the pet bakery for you!

Pickup only, but yes, we offer delivery via Uber Courier through out the lower mainland! (This is something you set up on the day of you’re order, prices varies on address) Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

We love Inspo photos. You may provide us with a picture for inspiration however, to get a feel of your vision, our version will not look exactly the same. Each cake is crafted with care and will very slightly from the photos provided.

Yes! All ingredients are natural + safe!NO artificial ingredients or preservatives! Please feed in moderation as too much of anything is not good for our pups. Should be given as treats not a meal replacement. Please also note if there are any allergies.

We recommend placing your order at least 1-3 days for basic cakes and 5-7 days for custom designs prior to celebration day to ensure availability. Please contact our team directly for further assistance.

Our cakes are made from 100% human grade ingredients, fresh meat, fruit and veggies. No preservatives, no fillers, no salt, no sugar. Our frosting is made with lactose free cream cheese. Ingredients may vary depending on flavor, frosting, or add-ons selected. If your pup has any allergies please let us know at the time of ordering so we can customize/substitute accordingly.
