Yes, Full payment is required to confirm your order and secure your pickup date. Orders are not started until payment is received via Square, Apple Pay or E-transfer only. Invoices will be canceled for non payment and your order will forfeited.

Cakes have a shelf life in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days, but can also be frozen. For extended storage, keep frozen and consume within 2 weeks. Once thawed, do not re freeze. Cakes look their best on the same day they are frosted for pictures.

Yes! Many dietary restrictions can be accommodated as long as we are informed before hand what it is your pup cannot consume and, if it’s an allergy, exactly how sensitive it is (whether your pup would get an allergic reaction from eating it or just smelling it) In the past we have done wheat-free, eggless, gluten-free cakes, and more. Please contact us about the allergy in question before ordering.

Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday 10am - 9pm and Saturday-Sunday 10am - 8pm. We also offer delivery via Uber connect but pricing will vary on your address. Feel free to request an order at whatever time of the day and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Due to the customized nature of each cake, we do NOT offer refunds under any circumstances (even if the cake isn’t what you expected) However if you notify us prior your payment can be used as a credit for another cake within 6 months of your initial order. It is your responsibility to be clear about your expectations/themes about the cake.

We will always try our best to work with you! We can recommend different options based on your budget. Please know that our dog cakes/pupcakes/treats are homemade and an incredible amount of time and effort is put into them. If you are looking for a custom detailed cake for a cheap price, respectfully we may not be the pet bakery for you!

Yes, we offer delivery via Uber Courier through out the lower mainland! (we are home based and do not have a storefront) This is something you set up on the day of you’re order, prices varies on address. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

We love inspiration photos. You may provide us with a picture for inspiration however, to get a feel of your vision, our version will not look exactly the same. Each cake is crafted with care and will very slightly from the photos provided.

Yes! All ingredients are natural + dog safe! NO artificial ingredients or preservatives, no refined sugars, salt!Please feed in moderation as too much of anything is not good for our pups. Should be given as treats not a meal replacement. Please also note if there are any allergies.

We recommend ordering at least 1-3 days in advance. Last minute orders are accepted, based on availability. A small fee may apply for same day orders. Please contact our team directly for further assistance.

Our pet cakes are made from 100% human grade ingredients, fresh meat, fruit and veggies. (No chicken or poultry is used) No preservatives, no fillers, no sugar, no salt. - Frosting is made with lactose free cream, and we can switch it up with potato for a lighter option. All options are gentle on sensitive stomachs and completely free of lactose. If your pup & cat has any allergies please let us know at the time of ordering so we can customize/substitute accordingly.

Yes! We can accommodate last minute and same day orders depending on our availability but we would need atleast a few hours notice and a small fee may apply. No, we don’t have a storefront, yet. We are home based in Langley City across Douglas Park, and you may pick up your orders there or shop in person at any of our farmer’s markets, Christmas markets or pop ups through out the season during April to December. Delivery is available through Uber Connect.
