Cake prices are starting price not including add ons and design or theme.

Cake Toppers are NOT included unless there is a 2 week advance notice to make sure i have it in stock and if ordered will get here on time. Must direct message/Email me about the toppers. Decoration fee of $6

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Deposit goes towards balance of order.

• Remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours before your order date. A courtesy reminder will be sent out.

- I will only complete an order once deposit is paid. If deposit is not paid your order was not confirmed. Paw Paw Barkery does not accept responsibility for any loss, howsoever caused for non-payment. Therefore, if the deposit amount of an order is not received within 48hr after placing an order, I will mark the order as cancelled. If you attempt to make payment after 48hr before the order date, Paw Paw Barkery reserves the right to refuse your payment.

This is a home based business located in Harlingen, Tx.

A reminder notification will be made prior to order date to confirm pick up or delivery time.

-You are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing your order.

• All ingredients are all natural and human-grade.

• All cakes/treats are handcrafted and baked at time of order.

• Please acknowledge that all products are meant to be consumed as a treat, and not as a meal replacement. Please consult with your veterinarian when introducing new foods to your pet. We are not responsible for your dog getting sick. We can assure you we use all natural, dog safe & human grade ingredients. You are responsible for monitoring your dog's intake when they consume any of our treats.

Ordering Policies:

• All orders require a 3 day advance notice. There will be a $10 fee for orders with a 3 day notice.

• $15 rush fee for orders placed within 24 hours.

•Orders will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This will secure your order and date.

• Remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours before your order date. A courtesy reminder will be sent out.

• Paw Paw Barkery will only complete an order once DEPOSIT is paid. Orders deposits and remaining balances not paid before the agreement date will not be completed.

• PICK-UP: Pick-up times are scheduled when reminders are sent out.

Orders can be picked up Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm and Sat: 8am-2pm.

• If you cannot make your scheduled pick-up time, please message me to reschedule for another time. If you do not call or message to reschedule your pick-up time and are late, a late fee of $10 will be applicable.

• Delivery should be requested at the time of ordering.Delivery request will not be permitted after order is placed. The delivery charge covers our time, and fuel cost.

-It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct delivery information and to ensure that you or someone is there to receive the order. If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time, your order will be returned to our bakery, and we will contact you to arrange a pick up time for that day; for which a charge of $10 will be assessed

• Paw Paw Barkery accepts no responsibility for any loss or consequential loss incurred by the customer as a result.

• NO ORDERS ON HOLIDAYS

Cancellation Policy:

• 48 hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling without fee.

Cancellation fee-$10 (if not made within 48hours before order date)

If, for any reason, you need to revise your occasion date, Paw Paw barkery will attempt to accommodate these changes at no additional cost, when informed within 48 hours of order date and the new occasion date is available. We will do our best to accommodate your order, but we CANNOT GUARANTEE the availability. The deposit will not be refunded as stated in our ordering policy. Please bear this in mind when ordering; any deposits/fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Delivery Policies/Fees

• All deliveries/meet ups are between 7am-11:30am ONLY

• Requested upon Ordering. I will not meet-up or deliver if no request was made upon ordering.

-Due to various locations of meet ups, I will determine half way points to meet up once order is placed

• Harlingen area:$5 fee

• Harlingen-Brownsville:$10 fee

• Harlingen-Weslaco:$10 fee

• Harlingen-Mission:$15 fee

• Meet Half way are available for half the price of Delivery fee(Depending on your location)

- It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct delivery information and you or someone is at the location to receive order at the arranged time. If no one is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery / meet-up time, your order will be returned to our bakery, and we will contact you to arrange pick-up time.
