What payment methods do you accept for the 50% deposit?
Once you submit an order request, I will review the details & send a confirmation message to your phone number or instagram. A Square invoice will then be sent to your phone number.
Invoices can be paid using debit card, credit card, or Cash App Pay.
Your invoice will include all finalized cake details, which we will refer to when preparing your order.
What payment methods do you accept for remaining balance?
We can do:
β’ Another Square Invoice (must be paid before you arrive to pickup your cake)
β’ Contactless Tap n Pay at Pickup, Phone or Card Chip (accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay, CashApp, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover & UCB)

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations may be eligible for partial credit depending on timing. Orders must be canceled 14 days before the event date to receive credit for a future order. Credit is valid for up to 6 months & is non-transferable.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Halfway meetups are also available.

Why are your cakes priced the way they are?
Pau's Bake Shop is a one woman operation & it takes hours to bake, decorate, & perfect each cake. Rising grocery prices, ingredient & material costs also affect pricing. Are we seeing butter & egg prices? π΅βπ«
While you may see grocery stores offering 6 inch cakes for $25 with artificial flavors & shortcuts, my cakes are crafted with real ingredients, custom designs, & of course, a lot of love. When you order from me, youβre investing in a cake that is truly one of a kind in every aspect you can think of! π
