What happen if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Notify us within 24 hours from pickup time if you are not satisfied with your order and we will work with you to rectify the problem and/or concern.
What is your refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, we can apply your deposit to another one of our “available” event dates.
Can I get my order delivered?
No, only pick up for the moment.
How much time in advance should I place my order before I’m charged any late fees?
Orders need to be place three weeks in advance for big & or complex orders.
Do you take rush orders?
In the case we are able to take your rush order you will be charged additional for the inconvenience.
What is your cake change and add-on policy?
You are able to make changes to your order one week prior to the due date of your order. Anything after that cannot be promised, as the materials will likely be purchased and collected by then for your event. In the case we are able to change/add-on after that week there will be additional charges to your order, which are the cost of the needs to be changed/add-on as well as an inconvenience fee of $25.
What is your deposit policy?
All cakes require a 50% deposit to lock in your order and date. Any orders placed after three weeks are required to pay full deposit.
How long do you hold the cake if I don’t pick up on my due date?
If products aren’t picked up by due date we can store products up to 48 hours with a holding fee of $25 per day.
When I do my request order form, would I have to put down a deposit?
No, deposits are only required once we accept your request order form.
