🍞 Focaccia Bread-Making Class – Minute-by-Minute Timeline

$55 per person

🕡 Start Time: 6:30 PM

⏳ Total Duration: 2- 2.5 hours

Welcome + Setup (10 mins)

• Greet guests as they arrive

• Light refreshments (optional)

• Hand out aprons, name tags (if using)

• Explain what we’ll be doing and show example focaccia

Dough Prep (25 mins)

• Demonstrate each step as guests follow along

• Mixing dry + wet ingredients

• Kneading basics (or stretch & fold technique)

• Proper dough texture

• Dough goes into oiled containers to rise

Topping Station + Creative Prep (20 mins)

While dough rests:

• Introduce topping bar (sweet + savory)

• Share topping ideas and inspo photos

• Guests prep toppings: slice tomatoes, herbs, fruit, etc.

Shape + Decorate (25 mins)

• Dough comes out, shaped into pans

• Guests oil, dimple, and decorate focaccia

• Add sweet/savory toppings

• Sprinkle sea salt or herbs

Bake + Social Time (25-45 mins)

• Focaccia is either in the oven or packaged to take home for a cold fermentation

• Optional: small tasting of pre-baked samples

Tasting + Wrap Up (15 mins)

• Remove baked focaccia from oven

• Enjoying their own creation

• Group photos with bread

• Pass out Printed copy of Art of Focaccia
