Please ensure orders are placed with a minimum lead time of 1 week except for basic cupcake designs which can be ordered in 24 hours. For orders requested within less than a 1-week timeframe, full payment is required at the time of placement. All orders totaling $50 or less must be fully paid upon ordering. For orders exceeding $50, a 70% deposit is mandatory, along with a non-refundable 30% charge for any inconvenience caused within 48 hours of payment. The remaining balance is to be settled 2 days before the scheduled pickup/delivery date. Please note that orders will not be processed without the required deposit. A $15 rush fee will be applied to orders placed within 4 days of the desired date, and a $25 rush fee will be incurred for orders placed within 48 hours. Ensure the deposit is paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Confirmation of your order may take up to 12 hours, so please exercise patience. While creative freedom is encouraged, it's crucial to understand that I will replicate designs to the best of my ability. However, due to the nature of handmade items, no two cakes can come out exactly the same especially in terms of color and finishing. Be aware that the pickup date and time are final. If you anticipate being late, kindly notify me as soon as possible. As all orders are custom-made, no refunds are permitted within 5 days of the agreed pickup/delivery date. However, alternative arrangements can be discussed, such as applying the payment towards a future order. Delivery is available for an additional charge based on the location.
