Party With Tache' - Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with  Party With Tache'. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or provided upon request.

2. Orders and Deposits/Retainer fee.

Retainer fee must be received with 48 hours. Unless otherwise discuss

All orders, especially for custom items, should be placed with sufficient notice. We recommend 4 weeks' notice for custom cakes and 10 days' notice for other baked goods.

A non-refundable deposit /retainer fee of 50% of the total order value is required to secure your order.

Your order will be officially placed on our calendar only upon receipt of the deposit.

Deposits can be made via cashapp ,zelle, paypal , debit/credit card.

The remaining balance is due 7  days prior to pickup/delivery. For orders placed within that time frame, full payment is required immediately.

3. Custom Items

Custom items are designed and created specifically for your order. We will work with you to understand your vision and provide a design based on your specifications.

Pricing subject to change based on complexity of order.

Due to the nature of custom work, slight variations from the agreed-upon design may occur.

We will provide detailed descriptions and, if applicable, sketches of the custom item before production.

Any changes to custom designs after deposit and design confirmation may incur additional charges.

4. Pickup/Delivery

Pickup times and locations will be agreed upon at the time of remainder balance received.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to collect your order at the agreed-upon time and location.

For deliveries, a delivery fee may apply. We will provide a delivery quote upon request.

If you are unable to pick up your order at the agreed time, please contact us as soon as possible. Late pickups may incur additional fees, or may result in order cancellation without refund.

Once the product has left our possession, it is the customers full responsibility.

5. Proper Storage

We will provide instructions for the proper storage of your baked goods.

It is your responsibility to store your order according to these instructions to maintain its quality.

We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration of baked goods due to improper storage after pickup/delivery.

Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration instructions will be given for cakes requiring it.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the pickup/delivery date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the pickup/delivery date will result in forfeiture of the full order amount.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where we are at fault (e.g., incorrect order, significant damage caused by us).

Any issues with your order must be reported immediately up to 30 minutes after  pickup/delivery, along with photographic evidence.

We do not offer refunds for changes in taste preference.

7. Allergens

Our baked goods may contain or come into contact with allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and eggs.

Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing your order.

While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order.

We are not responsible for any consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our baked goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/USA.1
