I’m Paola, the owner and creator behind Pao’s Pretty Treats here in Crestview, FL.
I’m a nurse, a mom, a wife and a baker who fell in love with baking a couple of years ago.
I started baking in 2020, like many of us did, just experimenting at home. What began with cocoa bombs slowly grew into cakes, cookies, chocolate covered treats and eventually the vintage-inspired, intricate designs I’m known for now. Over time, this little passion became a business I’m incredibly proud of. I never thought I’d be HERE.
My style blends soft colors, fine details, and nostalgic piping with a focus on making every order feel personal and thoughtfully crafted. I pride myself in saying everything is made by hand, with intention and care. All high quality ingredients .
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me at home with my daughter Emma, my husband, or working my night shifts as a nurse.

Capabilities & Pricing
50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the pickup/ delivery date.

Deposit must be paid within 48 hrs of receiving invoice.
I do not copy/paste anyone’s work. If submitting a picture for reference please note your order will not be identical. Fondant work is not offered, if cake has a figure it would need to be ordered ahead of time or provided by customer.
For pick up, if you are running late just let me know. 20-30 min past pick up time without communicating with me will result in order cancellation.

Valentines Day orders are here! All orders must be paid in full . February 13-14th is only open for valentines orders! No custom orders accepted those days.

Pick Up Info ⭐️
Pick-ups are Fridays and Saturdays only from 12:30–1:30 PM. If you need an earlier pick-up time, please include that in your order request. I will accommodate only if my schedule permits. Please make sure that there is a flat surface ready for cake to be transported safely. I am not responsible for any damage to the cake after I safely hand it to you.
Payment Info💳
Remaining balance must be paid before pick-up. Balance will be what you paid for as a deposit unless add ons were included. Check your invoices if you are unsure what your remaining balance is. Waiting outside for payments to process delays other orders and scheduled pick-ups. No date is held without a deposit. A deposit is required to secure your spot on my calendar. I accept Venmo (friends and family) Cash app Zelle and Apple Pay
Communication And Booking
If we discuss a potential order and I don’t hear back within 1–2 days, and the date becomes fully booked, I am not responsible for the date no longer being available. Inquiries alone do not reserve your date.
